Refund and Return Policy

Products are broken

The product has not exceeded the expired date, but it has been proved to be broken, we will replace the broken products back for the new products to the customers. The broken products must be returned us. So that we can cooperate with the factory investigate the cause of the damage to the drug by hand. Customers must also fill out the return form. (Required to meet the conditions).

Products are broken after shipment

If this happens, we will personally handle the broken products and return the broken goods to the customer as soon as possible. We will deal this issue with the logistic.

Products cannot be return or repaid

If there are goods that have exceeded or less than the expired date of 3 months. We will not accept any returned goods.

Products return and refund policies

If the effective date is less than 12 months, we will not refund in full, it can only refund 50% for the price of the product.

If the effective date is less than 6 months, we will not refund in full, it can only refund 30% for the price of the product.
